Havas Patronage
Havas has afforded, on a part-time basis, 5 people from its communication team in Shanghai to organize Albatross events. Havas China won the Harvard CSR award in Asia for its collaboration with Albatross.
Children and teachers training program with Air France-KLM
Air France-KLM representatives accompanied by Albatross Green Trainers gave students at Chaoyang Experimental Primary School in Beijing books and an entertaining day of environmental education. Teachers at the school also received Albatross training.
Train-the-Trainer program at ADEN Services
77 ADEN Services volunteer employees in 4 cities (Suzhou, Shanghai, Changshu, Kunshan) participated in the family day program with outdoor and indoor activities, smart interactive games, green gifts and educational books from the Albatross Foundation.
Train-the-Trainer program at Arkéma
Arkema's volunteer employees were given Train-the-Trainer instruction from Albatross Foundation trainers in Arkema's Shanghai office. Arkema also donated Albatross books on the environment to children, while Arkema volunteers provided children a green education to improve their environmental culture in a fun and interactive way.
Environmental Awareness Program with IMERYS in Linjiang, China
The Train-the-Trainer program was held with Imerys employees in Shanghai in September 2012. A month later, they travelled to a remote town near the North Korean border and delivered Albatross training at Jian Guo Primary School.
Volunteer Training Program
For Albatross’ 1st anniversary, students and staff from the East Tibet Training Institute were among the five NGOs trained in Shangri-la, Yunnan. Diplomas and training modules were given to trainees for deployment.
